- This Terms of Service Agreement governs your use of this website, teatownkerala.com, for sale and delivery of Tea and Spice products available on this Website
- This Agreement includes, and incorporates by this reference, the policies and guidelines referenced below.
- HARRISONS MALAYALAM LIMITED reserves the right to change or revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time by posting any changes or a revised Agreement on this Website.
- The changed or revised Agreement will be effective immediately after it is posted on this Website.
- Once Order is placed, your order is processed.
- It takes 48 Hours to confirm payment with the bank.
- Once payment is confirmed with bank, your order is packed and shipped.
- Once order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details on your registered email with website.

- Harrisons Malayalam Ltd. may send you E-mails / SMS communication relating to the Products Information/Promotional activities/Offers Program from time to time on your registered contact details.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
- If customer receive damage / bad quality product and it is come to the notice to Harrisons Malayalam Limited by mail or call, we will replace the damaged product with new or refund the amount to the customer.
- Complaints for Replacement of Breakage or Damage Products will be Acceptable only within 48 hours after delivery.
- When returning goods, please quote the – order number, your name, name of the product and the reason why you are returning the goods. We do not refund users for postage expense of the returning the goods.
- Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us. In case a replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same.
DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY (WITH IN INDIA)
- We use the best and reputed courier or Indian post to despatch our products within a day or two, once we receive the order. Delivery will take 4 -6 working days and sometimes; it is purely depending upon the place/location and is subject to prevailing delays due to Covid related logistics.
- For shipping information, Customer has to check within dashboard, Email and SMS for courier name, tracking number and live tracking of parcel.
